• Support the exploration and evaluation of new and innovative educational development practices and technologies through pilot projects and directed innovation
• Schedule opportunities to collectively share and learn from the outcomes of pilot projects and new initiatives
• Review and revise all job profiles to incorporate reflective practice and the exploration of new and novel approaches
