Capacity

• 240 guests total
• 120 for a sit-down dinner (still allows separate room for reception)
• 2 smaller rooms for meetings or green room

Rental rates

• $1000-$1800, depending on timing and event set-up
• clean up fee may apply

Furnishings/ equipment

• No lectern on site
• Table, chairs, glassware and other rentals may be required through Special Events
• easels-7 are available,  table top easels as well
• flipcharts need to rented
• very small stage onsite-if larger stage needed-rent out
• a few red plynths are available about 3 feet high
• 2 monitors behind bar (USB stick with info can be inserted)
• uneven, textured, cement floor
• not easily accessible by wheelchair

Catering

• Class A liquor license
• $20 per bottle corkage for outside wine
• Catering through onsite Chefbar
• Outside catering allowed with surcharge
• If no F/B: $40/hour for bartender if sales less than $500
• Depending on size of event, china may need to rented
• Kitchen onsite and Chefbar uses downstairs kitchen for events

Parking

• Street parking available after 6:00pm
• Sheldon Chumir large public parking lot close by

Other considerations

• Mandatory coat check- $3 per coat charged to guests or staff provide for $40/hour
• 4 coat racks on site
