  • Theatre-style: 225, 200 more comfortably
  • Dressing rooms available

Furnishings/equipment

  • 3 x 8’ tables
  • 4 solid wood tables that fit together to make a large boardroom table
  • 6 cocktail tables, 20 bar stools
  • No arm chairs
  • 4 coat racks with hangers
  • Responsible for setup and strike
  • Air wall at back of theatre; allows for good flow of people in an out when opened
  • Built-in black velvet curtains behind stage
  • Rafters are purely aesthetic

AV

  • Lighting fee $250, includes tech
  • Built in sound system, no lav mics, 1 wireless, plenty wired
  • Can use GOBOs with house lighting

Parking

  • VIPs can park in alley behind building
  • ESPY in Inglewood has a huge parkade

Catering

  • Can bring in any caterers or rental companies
  • Need to obtain liquor license if serving alcohol
  • Big Rock products must be on site because they are a major sponsor; doesn’t all have to be Big Rock though
  • No staff from venue
  • Local caterers: Spolumbos, Without Papers

Sustainability

  • Various recycling bins on site
  • Eco LEED building

Rates

  • No extra cleaning fees
  • $500 to rent entire hall
  • All profits go back to running the hall
